Mechanical removal of mucilage from parchment coffee .



Mucilage is rubbed off as parchment moves up the cylinder. Water is injected in small quantities for lubrication and washing of mucilage, which is discharged at the bottom of the cylinder. Parchment withou mucilage exits at the tio of the machine.
